View default in-store sale & work order statuses and add additional statuses unique to your business.

Create Status

Getting Started

  • To begin navigate in Admin to Settings > Commerce > In-Store Sale Statuses.

If this is your first time visiting this page, click the "Initialize defaults" button in the upper right corner.

  • There are 4 default statuses: New, Canceled, Pending, & Complete.

  • To edit or delete a status, click the 3 dots under the Action column, and then select either Edit or Delete.

Create Status

  • To create a new status click the "Create status" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • Enter the status name, select the type of status, and then click "Save".

  • The newly added status will then appear in the status list.

Help! I can't change a sale status in Sale details or the In-store sales list!

  • If New is the only sale status option in your list of sales or when trying to update a sale status, it's because the default sale statuses have not yet been initialized. Follow the steps above to initialize them.
