Refresh Sales Data

Overview

Sales data automatically syncs from the point-of-sale system every 15 minutes, but there are a few reasons you may choose to refresh sales manually, like recalculating for new goals or after a disruption to the connection.

Refresh Sales Data

• In WorkstandIQ, go to  Sales > Settings > Refresh Data > Refresh Sales.
• Select the appropriate Location.
• Select a date to sync back to, or check the "All Dates" box.
• Press the "Import" button.
