Updates

Bug Fixes

  1. The Clear Filters link has been moved to a more logical spot on the Work Order list page
  2. When a retailer reduces subscription level, certain elements are now removed correctly
  3. You are now able to select a date range in General reports

  1. Basic Reporting is now available for point of sale transactions

Release 24.14

Bug Fixes

  1. When Service Notes have been added to a work order, up to 4 lines of notes are now visible when the work order is viewed again
  2. For certain retailers, product images were mismatched in the database. This has been corrected

Updates

  1. The Sale screen will now accept creation of a new customer that does not have an email address entered and the sale will appear on the In-Store sales list 
  2. The Work Order list now displays and can be sorted in date/time order.

Release 24.13

Bug Fixes

  1. Uploading an image will go through a new check for file size to determine if it's larger than our max allowable size before compression
  2. When a participating Brand is using our Buy Local Now modal, a product modal will now display more than the first 10 results without any adjustments to the map view

Updates

  1. The Purchase Order screen now contains a My Price field, prepopulated with your current price if you have already had the product in stock. If not, the price will come from the Workstand product library price. A future update will allow the price to be edited on this screen 
  2. A Purchase Order now includes a label icon to the right of product search which will allow you to print a label for every received product on the purchase order
  3. The Work Order Screen now displays an "Add Notes" link when viewing a work order that has already been created that did not have notes entered

Bug Fixes

  1. A new customer record can now be saved on a new in-store sale
  2. A work order and a special order can now each have a different customer assigned after the transaction is created. A sale without a special order can only have a customer removed. 

Updates

  1. The  max image size for any retailer previously over 500kb is now 1000kb
  2. Checkout Settings has been updated to a more modern format in Admin
  3. Retailers are now able to configure Website order statuses and In-store sale statuses separately
  4. In-store sale statuses can be configured separately for sale and work order

Bug Fixes

  1. Discount codes can be applied in checkout again
  2. Work Order list view now shows the correct customer name
  3. When searching for a page in admin search and a result is selected, the search menu closes and  the overlay disappears.
  4. You can now delete a custom payment type for either online or in-store sales
  5. A work order can now be converted to a sale

  1. The max image size has been increased to 500 kb for all retailers below that level
  2. A new Work Order list view has been released. The list can now be sorted by Pickup date or Create date.
  3. For retailers using the Conversations app, there is a new left-menu option called Conversations which will display a number noting how many unread messages there are

  1. A Conversations app is now available for Work Orders, allowing a store employee to text a retailer about their work order.

Release 24.8

Bug Fixes

  1. The availability of a manually created product is now accurately reflected on the product detail page.
  2. When the Find in Store message is clicked on a product detail page, the availability is now correct for a product whose quantity was manually adjusted.
  3. Issues with processing a retailer's point of sale data have been corrected.

  1. The Stripe terminal will now allow manual card entry when a card is unreadable via standard swipe/chip methods.

Release 24.7

Bug Fixes

  1. When a customer list is uploaded and no new customers were added, there is now a message that states File uploaded successfully, but matched the existing customer data so no changes were made
  2. When a quantity on hand is added to an unmapped product, inventory will now be updated to reflect the new amount.

Updates

  1. Work Orders will now contain a unique sequence ID which will help to facilitate a better work order list view.
  2. When using the Stripe terminal  to accept in-store payments, the Declined error messages that may appear have been updated to more clearly reflect the reason for decline.
  3. The updated Declined messages will also be reflected on the payment section of the sale screen.
  4. WePay was removed as a payment option for all retailers.

Release 24.6

Bug Fixes

  1. The Google Product file now saves the UTF safe description rather than generating it each time a file is processed.
  2. Un-mapped products with manually adjusted Quantity on Hand (QOH) will now hold their QOH information correctly.
  3. After completing a work order, when choosing to create new, the prior work order notes and pickup date are no longer visible.

  1. The Workorder List is now sortable by Pickup date promised.
  2. Checkout Settings has been updated to a more modern interface.
  3. In the Google Product File, the words backorder and preorder are now re-labelled as out of stock.

  1. An error has been corrected that was causing issues when a consumer did not have a billing address at checkout

Bug Fixes

  1. Background images will no longer appear in an incorrect spot on a responsive page
  2. 404 Pages are now cached so that if there are multiple page attempts, it will not cause page speed issues. 
  3. When a credit card is used for an in store sale, and is declined, expired, or other non-approved reason, better messaging will appear on the Stripe terminal

  1. Store credit is now a valid payment type for an in-store sale.
  2. The Work Order database table has been split in two for easier future updates

  1. When using Admin in mobile view, the left side navigation bar no longer prevents any buttons or links (Such as the green edit pencil) from being clickable

  1. A cash drawer session will now be created when a cash payment is taken on a sale if a session has not yet been started for the day
  2. A customer can now be added to sale at the point of taking payment
  3. The Customer List can now be filtered using a date range
  4. Products created in our Catalog Library will now contain default shipping dimensions when none are provided by the brand

    4. Fixed the Discounts date picker tool to stick on the date selected
    5. Corrected an issue that was causing Klarna on site messaging to interfere with checkout 
    6. Allow an error message to display when a pos inventory file upload error occurs
    7. Custom payment type can now have a refund issued without an error message
